I was heading Human Resources of North region comprising of 50+ multiplexes spread across 5 states. with a manpower strength of around 2500. I was responsible for entire HR Operations of the region with the support of 20 team members. I was responsible for HR Operations of of Gems producing unit at Jaipur and was specially entrusted with the responsibility of HR Performance Management, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, On boarding and Induction, employee engagement, Compliance and liaison etc.
