• Working on Oracle -Siebel for entering order and quotes in the system.• Manage work source which are Mailbox, Portals and SharePoint.• Enter new orders/quotes from customers through order entry systems, with emphasis on error-free order management.• Maintain accurate and organized order files, order acknowledgments and customer contact information to the required shared drives/tools/systems.• Proactively communicate in a timely manner with internal teams /stakeholders regarding order verification queries, order status, pricing and shipment status.• Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and enquiries. • Execute the end to end process for parts orders, contract reviews, quotations, scraps including tasks in Siebel and other internal systems. • Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.• Participate in defining and deploying Visual Management including the right metrics for Parts Administration.• Engage in the share, learn and implementation of best practices.• Generate new ideas and provide Kaizens for process improvement.• Work on different processes and accordingly prioritise to main accuracy and efficiency.• Drive continuous improvement activities.

Responsible to handle a team of 6 pharmacist’s for daily procurement activities.• Maintain healthy relations with all the distributors in the local medicine market and also with the pharmacies associated with us.• Responsible for refilling the stock of medicines to be stored every 15 days.• Increase the margins by getting a healthy cash discount from the distributors.• Ensure that all the buying, collection, verification and packaging of medicines is done within the target times.• To ensure that the ready orders are dropped at the respective pharmacies on time.• Take a follow-up from the marketing team of expected orders in the next 15 days for filling the stock of medicines accordingly.• Responsible to return the expired, damaged and return medicines from the customers to the respective distributors and to make credit note of those medicines.• Co-ordinating with customer care team in case of wrong medicines delivered to the customer so that right medicines can be delivered as soon as possible.• Co-ordinating with logistics team for delivery of priority orders.• Make sure that all the activities right from buying to sending the orders to pharmacies is done on time throughout the day.
