With a team of Seven members I have trained 100 commissioning crew on a sea going vessel of Project-75 using Learning management system and ensured safety of the vessel during training and trials. I, along with my team, had set up a modern training facility. I oversaw timely completion of two projects and rendered technical solution to design issues and carried refit, repair and maintenance of more than 5 sea going submarines with a team of 80 members and received several letters of appreciation. I completed two major refits projects of submarines and has been an active member of several contracts between Navy and OEMs. I mentored my team and developed a culture of innovation and engineering excellence. Partnered with cross - organisational (Navy/DRDO/PSU/MoD) and cross - functional stakeholders to oversee 4+ projects, provision escalations and manage geographically dispersed stakeholders to complete projects within schedule. (Asset value $100 million).Negotiated with foreign vendors as member of procurement Board of Project-75 (Asset value $ 500 million). Coordinated approvals, vendor management, budget planning, life cycle management & administered contracts for equipment / Spares maintenance (Annual budget $100K+). Prevented 13 trainees from dropping out of Naval Submarine Core by counseling them and building mental strength. Mentored 50 trainee emotionally and technically to overcome weaknesses and enabled them to take on the responsibility of leadership with flying colors. I served as a junior engineer with a team of 20 members and achieved hands on skill experience on DA and Various types of Submarine Main Batteries and other ship's systems of a frontline ship. Headed 10+ technicians for troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, rectification of defects under demanding environment to ensure combat readiness of all electrical/electronic systems.
