Ensure all QMS system are in place within organisation.Continual improvement through involvement of all important activity of the organisation.Monitor ,Control & improve line rejection as well as rejection at customer end, Heading SPC, MSA, Calibration /Validarion,process capability studies team

Overall responsible for maintenance of product quality from supplier product to finished product dispatched to customer.Frequent visit to supplier as well as customer to bring all three in line with a common language for mutual beneficial relationship.Leading training activities to enhance skill & competency of our supervisors, engineers & Managers. Ensure all QMS /EMS /OHSAS systems are in place within organisation.Continual improvement through involvement of all is important activity of the organisation.Monitor ,Control & improve line rejection as well as rejection at customer end, Heading SPC, MSA, Calibration /Validarion,process capability studies team.

Responsible for standardisation of processes , implementation & continual improvement in QMS through class room training, OJT, induction etc.ensuring UL compliance of the Electronic Filters.Deployment of quality circles/ Red bin team for external as well as internal processes improvements.
