• Closely monitoring and analysing sales volumes and competitive activities.• Maintaining highest level of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy and speed of service in all work assignments. • Preparing Sales Reports (Mall Promotions, In-Store Promotions, Weekly, Monthly & Closing stock) by collecting, analysing and summarising information.• Conducting regular basic on counter trainings of staff over a 3-month period to keep their competence level high.• Assisting the Team on achievement of Monthly Sales Targets per Brand.• Heading Brand Mall & In-Store Promotional Activities. Monitoring Promotions personally and motivating staff to achieve targets. • Evaluation of self and staff during yearly appraisals on basis of job performance.• Maintaining Inventory Analysis to help avoid and resolve issues on pilferage of stock if any.• Regular interaction with Staff & Store Managers to help identify and resolve urgent issues and discrepancies.• Being a part of International visits in the region by initiating the event with the region.• Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews for hiring candidates (at different retailers) seeking a suitable job and making recommendations on basis of potential.• Supervision & day to day Management of more than 49 International Fragrance Brands & Mass Brands within modern business stores i.e. Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle and Westside etc.in New Delhi.• Ensuring the display of products as per Brand Merchandising Guidelines.• Work towards maintaining YOY growth of each brand per month at each store.• Aim at keeping the Store number one in the Fragrance competition market.• Handling customer complaints, issues, questions and providing necessary solutions.• Maintaining inventory and ensuring the timely replenishment of on Counter stock, Testers & GWP’s and ensuring proper Brand Mix during Peak season.• Strateg.ic planning to liquidate Slow-moving SKU’s, Non-moving SKU’s and Discounted SKU'S
