Responsibilities include:• Handle close to 50+ sub-vendors, Established and maintained relationships with key suppliers who provide contingent workers for Time and Material (T&M) (RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)) engagement to ensure maximum client satisfaction.• Facilitation of the full cycle recruitment process to ensure Staffing Vendors appropriately and accurately source, manage and meet client onboarding expectations.• Provide timely delivery of recruitment/cycle time measures, service level agreements and project completion.• Responsible for managing all stages of requisition activity through the use of VMS tool (field glass).• Host Requisition Spotlight conference calls, scheduling interviews. Promote and Maintain strong Staffing Vendor and End-User relationships.

• Handling and managing the entire Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, validating resumes and eliminating the risk of hiring the wrong candidate, conducting preliminary interviews, salary negotiations, finalization of candidates, follow up, coordination, offer and to joining formalities. Managing a team of 3 recruiters. • Experience in sourcing profiles through various job boards like (Naukri, Monster), Too step network and social networking sites (LinkedIn) Employee referrals, Internal portals, and from network of my candidates for various skills to gauge more exposure in “Passive Sourcing”.• Managed Beeline and SAP field glass portal Primary uploading the entire candidate details and conducting Duplication checks over the portal and internal database. • Plan and co-ordinate recruitment drives at various locations to get the best candidates. • Processing offers for prospective employees. • Conduct preliminary discussions with candidates on technical and experience profile related grounds to analyses suitability of candidates, shortlist the candidates and present them to the respective panel.• Scheduling interview of the short-listed candidates and taking feedback after their interview.• Coordinate the interview process by bringing together the client and the candidate and track the various levels of the interview process.• Follow-up with candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.• Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS & maintain active database of prospective and rejected candidates and upload resumes, maintain database in the recruitment management software.• Handling candidate documents collection and submission the documents to BGV team and uploading/guiding the candidate on uploading documents onto BGV portals suggested by the Client.
