-monitoring different tools and application to identify issues with infrastructure, platform or product.- Knowledge of ITIL process- incident management, problem management, change management.- Good exposure of service now.- Resolving P1, P2, P3 & P4 issue within SLA.- monitor alert mailbox and event management systems for alarms.- monitoring the alarms and matrics in cloudwatch.- Monitoring different resources and servers in AWS and Azure portal.- Monitor application dashboard for indications of incidents.- Hands on experience on AWS services like S3, EC2, IAM Policy, EFS, EBS, AWS Backup.- Experience in AWS networking VPN, Gateway, Route 53, Load balancing, Direct connect, - Windows & Linux Server patching from AWS console and server level.-Disk, CPU & Memory Management for server.- EC2 instance cost optimization, instance health check, Trusted advisor,alarm creation.- Troubleshooting the issue with AWS Engineers.- communication with SME and clients and take follow up.- Familiar with Azure cloud services like Azure VM, Blob storage, File storage, Recovery Service Vault, Active directory.- Create & distribute scheduled reports. -Execute routine checklists to validate reliability, system functionality and perform health checks.- Maintaining ticket queues for appropriate assignment, follow up & resolution.-Provisioning AWS EC2 servers with terraform script managing the state file.- Creating Power shell script for repetitive automation task - EC2 scheduling by using lambda with the help of python boto3 script.
