I have worked as self employed for good 25 years as a class contractor in interior decoration works for five star hotels and restaurants pan India under my organisation named Kalpik Interiors, Delhi. In 2016, I hang it up for no reason except mental peace and started as full time consultant for hospitality industry. Now I offer myself as a turnkey advisor in terms of briefing product configuration, preliminary budgeting, appointment of architects, consultants, interior designer in planning stage and during execution, I keep track on cash flow & Conduct coordination meeting on behalf of promotors. My forte is estimation and budgeting and technical audit in new hotel projects and renovation works.I can assure that by virtue of my vast experience, I can be helpful in achieving better results and better project in less budget.
