Indian Link Newspaper was established in 1994 and is currently one of Australia’s leading ethnic newspapers. From April 2010 Indian Link started printing separate monthly editions for all major Australian capital cities – Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth while continuing it’s fortnightly publication in Sydney. Indian Link prints 72 editions a year.Indian Link Newspaper now has a print run of 44,000 per month with an estimated readership of over 160,000 per edition. In addition to our print newspaper, we also have the Indian Link E-Paper, which is emailed directly to over 53,000 email subscribers each month.In 2002 Indian Link Radio was launched – the first 24/7 Indian radio station to be broadcast in Sydney and Melbourne. A subscription based radio this medium has become one of the hottest things within the Indian Australian community.We now broadcast the radio on the net as well – listeners log onto the Indian Link Website www.indianlink.com.au and get a chance to not only listen to our programs, but also to read the community and upcoming events, news and articles which are updated regularly. There are over 25,000 listeners to the radio currently and our website has over 10,000 hits per month.In July 2012 we launched our own Indian Link Application for smart phones and tablets – a free download where listeners can tune into our 24/7 radio station from anywhere in the world. We’ve already had over 22,000 downloads of this application and it continues to grow.Growing in its scope and influence through various forms of digital and print media, Indian Link is now more than a voice for the community.
