Technical Solutions Engineer
Current- Develop skills and strategies to automate the Arista network infrastructure.- Network deployment, validation and troubleshooting using network automation tools including Ansible, Python, and Arista AVD (Arista Validated Design).- Point of contact for issues involving Arista Cloud Vision and Arista Validated Design in the ANZ region.- Assume responsibility for resolving high-priority or sensitive customer issues, ensuring service restoration and customer satisfaction through systematic problem-solving methods and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).- Working with other engineers to troubleshoot and diagnose network defects and validate fixes to those defects.- Working closely with engineering teams on critical customer engagements.- Assisting peers in technical case management and technical queries.- Mentor and train the new joinees. - Provide top-level technical support for hardware and software troubleshooting , including Arista deep-buffer switches (7280/7500), ultra-low latency switches (7130/7150), Feature rich switches (7050/7060), and Arista Cloud Vision Platform.- Document customer communication and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.- Recreating complex network issues in the testing environment for accurate troubleshooting.- Reporting bugs in the hardware or software systems with proper documentations and visibility for future reference.
