• Repairing and Maintaining extrusion machines.• Changing belts and chains, shafts and bearings, cutting discs.• Basic electric work like switches and wires.• Welding safety guards for machines.• Drilling, Tapping, Grinding, Machining, and many other maintenance activities.

• Welding of Exhausts, Mufflers and pipes.• Tag in and Tag out.• Assembly of exhaust parts.• Perform MIG welding.• Pressure and flow Testing of full assembly of exhaust.• Final inspection after testing and Placing labels on tested parts and Quality checks.

• Operating Lathe and Milling Machine for Machining, Turning, cutting, drilling, threading etc.• Reading and understanding engineering drawings.• Measuring tolerances and end products to meet requirements• Quality assurance• Assembly of tool and dies.• Repair of tool and die assembly.
