Provide post-sales ownership over multiple accounts across North America. Responsible for the delivery of projects utilizing OpenText BPM software technology, managing multiple engagements and working directly with key project stakeholders throughout the entire BPM project life-cycle to ensure client satisfaction and BPM adoption.Responsibilities• Support pre-sales activities to close new business within region - scoping / level of efforts, responding to proposals, preparing Statements of Work, advising on project approaches, and presentation of methodologies• Oversee the delivery of OpenText BPM projects at customer accounts to ensure deployment matches client executive and business sponsor expectations• Maintain responsibility for customer satisfaction and build long-term relationship with key customers• Interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support• Lead the development of methodologies, approaches, and techniques for Professional Services Package Offerings• Leverages expertise across a wide range of critical process improvement disciplines including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration in providing solutions to clients• Leverages cross-project expertise to ensure project teams provide optimal client solutions.• Ability to quickly understand a client's business strategy, their business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support their business strategy.• Financial reporting and accountability for region's projects and resources• Provide mentorship and career management to team of consultants• Report pipeline/revenue forecasts as well as staffing projections and planning• Assist with recruiting efforts• Work with delivery partners to augment OpenText led engagements with partner resources as well as to supplement partner led engagements with OpenText resources
