- Quickly adapted to the company's Salesforce environment, completing both the Admin Beginner and Admin Intermediate modules on Trailhead within the first week of internship.-Took initiative to automate email notifications using flows and workflow rules in Salesforce for account updates and new knowledge entries which allowed better tracking of progress and monitoring team activities. - Collaborated with the website team to introduce GDPR-compliant cookie consent on company website, added his knowledge guides on steel industry to the website, and improved SEO by adding meta descriptions and focus key-phrases using Yoast SEO. - Discovered cost-effective methods to utilize Mailchimp for newsletters, introducing efficient segmentation and grouping strategies for effective campaign marketing. Also integrated Mailchimp with Salesforce and Google Analytics, enhancing ability to track audience engagement.- Ensured a smooth knowledge transfer to the team, teaching them how to effectively use Salesforce flows and Mailchimp and demonstrated a collaborative spirit by working with my co-intern to study and present on the steel industry and the emerging green steel market. Also took the initiative to learn about my co-intern’s projects on reporting and dashboarding for analytics on salesforce, broadening my understanding of company operations.- Received a Letter of Recommendation from the CEO for demonstrating exceptional dedication, skill, and a proactive approach to my responsibilities.
