Production Planning Head-• Planning and scheduling of Tube & Shell Heat Exchangers, High Pressure Super Critical Heaters, Condensers , LP Heaters & Screw Plug Heat Exchangers for SPX/ Alstom / NTPC, Holtec/ BGR/ NTPC , Chiyoda, Toyo, CPCL, BPCL, Petrofac etc.• Preparing Plans for Production Shop & Machine Shops.• Resource Planning for shop Resources.• Ensure required resources, raw materials, tools and Consumables in time in liaison with other departments. • Contract Management for In House Outsourcing.• Co-ordination with Project Management, design, stores, purchase, QC, QA, NDT & dispatch. etc.• Process planning for almost all critical activities of fabrication Shop.• Production monitoring & control the activities within given time & budgets.• Implementing various good engineering practices on shop-floor.• Implementing good Kaizans on shop-floor.

• Discuss new Projects with various SBU's & CMSG before planning jobs in PPC3• Attend KOM to have complete details & inputs about new projects & with the help of available details get prepared loading chart for PPC3.• Decision making of job-loading to various contractors based on capacity, capability & resources available with him• Planning & arranging resources for PC-3 in advance• Release of fort-nightly project list, monthly Mfg. update, Annual report• Prepare Capital/ Revenue/ IT Budgets for PC-3& Implementation of TOC, S&T Tree in PPC-3• Getting the work done from team like Validation of CCPM Schedules/ Box Plots, Preparation of crash schedules if required• Complete pre-mfg. activities for all projects from team like releasing PCL/PCR to PPS, Send material to vendors for forming/ rolling & follow up for those items• Ensure full-kit availability before releasing jobs on shop-floor
