Range:- Lead Kaizen events, improve processes and eliminate waste in key constraint areas IATD/Automotive Div- Continuously Improve production processes in manufacturing- Lead project teams as part of product improvements, automation, and quality improvements- Apply various Lean tools to evaluate production capacities and capabilities- Establish metrics and daily reporting for results in Manufacturing Plants- Focuses on reduce improvement of setup times, material flows and cycle times.- Analyzes manufacturing data or process information, monitors surroundings or materials, makes decisions and solves complex problems.- Complete Capacity Analysis for all work cells- Create and maintain Standard Work instructions, SOPs, 5S Checklists, and include a comprehensive audit process- Continue to refine Lean philosophy in all department activities, Interact with production supervisors and employees to identify waste and improvement opportunities- Work closely with the 3M to understand and improve the business- Lead creation and maintenance of Value Stream maps for the facility- Drive measurable continuous improvement- Apply standard project management tools and principles to ensure project success- Serve as advocate and role model for integrating change into the organization as well as serve as departmental role model of professional behavior and presence.- Follow ISO standard

Range:- implementation in new 3M IATD plant JDE E1-m software with whole systems portfolio- initiation and leading project directed on production optimization, cost reduction and work station ergonomic improving- implementing on shop floor new production lines- production line capacity optimization and developing process control methodology- product quality assurance: process run control, quality results analysis, determine result goals- training production workers in servicing devices and installations existing in subordinate department- coordinated cross departmental activities during project implementation.- built a network of reliable vendors, contractors, designers and consultants.

Range: - implementing changes and continuous improvement of production process with regard to Lean Manufacturing- defining production process and creating process documentation including operators instructions, machines manuals, process of controlling - coordination and leading PFMEA for subordinate process- training production workers in servicing devices and installations existing in subordinate department - implementing in production new alternators and starter motors models according to APQP rules- taking part in team work solving quality problems - product quality control by TQC and KAIZEN
