At Netguru, a leading software development and consulting company, I worked on major FinTech initiatives for high-growth clients: Moove (valued at $750 million) and Kroo.## Moove ## (Dubai-based, Uber's largest vehicle supply partner in EMEA):- Built financial value-added services (VAS) for underserved users and mobility entrepreneurs (on the digital Wallet).- Led the development of the Early Wage Access solution for drivers in India, allowing them to access earnings ahead of the standard payment cycle.- Collaborated on business cases for new financial products, including micro-loans, enhancing financial inclusion for Moove's users.## Kroo ## (UK-based, award-winning digital bank)- Managed the implementation of the new Internet bank account offering on the company website.- Led a cross-functional team of developers, QAs, and designers to deliver a seamless digital experience.- Advised senior stakeholders on key areas such as lending, marketing, and digital account strategy.

Bancovo is an online lending marketplace created by Alior Bank that was named a Product Innovation of The Year by Retail Banker International (London).- Responsible for digital innovation and the look & feel of the end-to-end online process.- Led the integration with one of the leading Polish AISP (overall conversion rate improved by 26%) as well as AI-driven fraud prevention SaaS company (frauds reduced by >40%).- Implemented a white-label lending platform for the largest Polish insurer: first-of-a-kind portal for financial benefits for employees on the PL market (worked on business requirements, product development, legal model & contract negotiations).- Prepared the documentation and carried out all the activities to meet the rules for notification of cloud-based services required by the PL Financial Supervision Authority.- Implemented innovative (first in Poland) alternative financing process in one of the biggest consumer electronics retailers in Poland.

Alior Bank is a large universal bank in Poland that combines principles of traditional banking with innovative solutions.- Innovation & Online Sales Manager in the "Consumer Finance" Department- One of the core members that launched the strategic eCommerce/lending project - the first truly digital credit marketplace in Poland (Product Innovation of The Year by Retail Banker International, London).- Streamlined the credit application process by 30%.- Looked over the horizon and verified emerging capabilities in the consumer finance area (including open banking and PSD2 opportunities).- Worked closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams on new features and platform development.- Worked with the Innovation Lab on new digital capabilities and fintech partnerships. Provided mentorship for lending startups during an intensive acceleration programme.

- Innovation Lead in a global lab team based in New York, Singapore and Warsaw that explored digital innovation.- Delivered multiple prototypes including: Amazon Echo skill, connected car experience (CarPlay) and task automation demo (If This Then That).- Explored several ways Citi could adopt Augmented and Virtual Reality in the Consumer Business. Member of an elite team with a mission to define the vision of the Bank of the Future for Citi’s global consumer organisation.- One of the key members of the core team that created and launched the Citi Mobile app for Apple Watch. Partnered with the IBM iX group, Apple and other partners in the design and development of the Apple Watch app (spent 1 month in Silicon Valley).- Prepared all requirements and successfully managed delivery of the Touch ID fingerprint scanning POC which was integrated in the global Citi Mobile iOS app.- Driving force for a couple of POCs: Apple Watch Complications, iOS Spotlight Search, tvOS banking, iOS 3D Touch and more.- Mentored 5 startups taking part in the Citi Mobile Challenge hackathon (one team from my group has been announced as one of the winners).- Foresaw emerging capabilities in the digital space, focused on how to leverage them for remarkable banking features. Responsible for imagining, prototyping, socializing and mainstreaming innovative features.

Member of the global business team (members in North America, EMEA and APAC) responsible for Citi’s consumer mobile and tablet banking offerings around the world. - Led demo/POC activities for the global business team- Defined and operated a prototyping process, established entry/exit criteria, distribution process and testing rules.- Managed mobile & tablet usability testing efforts and requirements in tight partnership with the digital customer experience team.- Explored possibilities of biometric technologies for possible applications at Citi (evaluated voice biometrics, tested EyeVerify solution and ultrasonic authentication).- Mapped breakthrough features across the FinTech industry. Worked with product managers to place new features on the roadmaps and mainstream across markets. Evangelized mobile-forward work and vision internally.

- Key member of the small team that invented and implemented mobile banking solutions in Poland: Citi Mobile thin client and native apps for Android, iPhone and BlackBerry OS (Citi was named among three best mobile banks according to Newsweek magazine + won 2nd place in Forbes Mobile Banking Application ranking).- Product manager responsible for the launch of the Citi Handlowy iPad app in Poland.- Contributed to the launch of 2 highly innovative mobile banking features: Bump 2 Transfer (p2p) and FotoKasa (2D code bill payments) that received many awards (Innovation of the Year 2011 from Business Forum & Polish Academy of Sciences, winner of the 17th edition of the Europrodukt contest, Finalist in Finacle 2011 BAI Global Banking Innovations Awards, Honorable Mention Golden Banker Financial Innovation 2011).- Successfully supported the core banking systems upgrade for digital products.- Run Facebook's Citi Mobile profile together with the social media manager.
