Main tasks as a Language Lead:● Training to linguists (1-to-1 feedback, quality improvementplans, group calls, creation of training materials)● Coordinating teams (answering linguistic doubts andqueries from the team, regular monitoring ofcommunication channels, making final decisions onlinguistics and style, keeping team and client aligned onteam quality performance, managing style guides)● Quality monitoring (Evaluation of the performance of teammembers, Identifying recurring issues across the team)● Extra activities (screening of new potential candidates tojoin the team)
