I have been employed as Store Manager since July 2012, working in fast serving environment, making sure all team members deliver outstanding customer service. I have developed my business improvement skills.     As a successful highly motivated store manager I have improved store image, store visibility and amount of customers walking through the door measured by L4L sale indicator.     I’ve got experience in analysing financial data and complying weekly and monthly reports     As Manager over years I’ve been provided with high standard training in demanding environment.I’ve been responsible for all variety of duties including HR, staff training, Health and Safety as well as stock and systems, digital solutions (implementation of new systems and control), innovations, eCommerce, social media marketing (FB, Instagram, Google Business, TripAdvisor, CRM), loyalty program implementation and set up (cards).       Years of experience within motorway services, large format retail and hospitality gave me large picture of the nature and importance of business what I can easily proof on daily basis.       I am looking to go further with my career and would welcome a challenging position where I could use existing skills and also develop new ones through experience and training.     I quickly learn and adapt in to the new tasks and duties
