Responsibilities same as before plus:- supervising project implementations at logistic angle (managing procurement groups; communication with other departments and client)- participating in groups improving efficiency of department/company- substituting for manager while away

Managing inbound goods flow of components from suppliers on time according to calculated requirement for finished goods.Controlling phase -in and -out of new and old components in a way to maintain deliveries on time and minimize possible obsoletes. Taking part in change teams for related product groups to ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes.Sending and getting confirmations of component call-offs on weekly basis; controling on time deliveries of all ordered components.Maintaining good comunication with Philips Purchasing Drachten and suppliers to have controlled goods and information flow.Maintaining correct masterdata in MFG PRO system to execute correct action needed for availability of items.Controlling safety stock figures of ordered components on established level.
