- set goals and I am responsible for planning and implementing the Tchibo presence strategy in social media, analyzing the effectiveness of the campaign (thanks to my work, the Tchibo Polska fanpage in 2019 was selected as one of the top five fanpages in the "Drinks" category according to the Sotrender report),- responsible for the categories of organic products (the fastest growing category), co-creating marketing plans and implementing campaigns- was the leader of the multi-channel "Ocean Plastic" campaign (digital, SoMe, influencers, e-commerce, stores, PR and internal campaign). I developed a concept with the team that stood out on the market, triggered great commitment, and the campaign itself exceeded the assumed sales targets (+ 28% vs last year's collection)- carried out the campaign "Zakochani w Cafissimo" with 400 bloggers (reach 8.1 million recipients - exceeding the KPI by 264%),- effectively cooperated with a social media agency (at the annual summing-up meeting, the agency emphasized my commitment, partnership approach, professionalism and knowledge sharing),- managed the department's budget, production of ATL marketing materials (e.g. SEO, SEM, programmatic, social media, influencers, PR) and BTL (POS materials, e.g. shop windows, wobblers, posters, leaflets and mailings)- qualified for the Tchibo Talent Program development program, where I managed an innovative project, including coordinating the work of a 10-person team, being responsible for P&L and the entire marketing mix.- was responsible for the SEO project (on-site and off-site) of the organic product category (the fastest growing category)- effectively coordinated the SEM (SEO, PPC) project of the TchiboCard loyalty program (630 thousand users, over 50% of turnover in my own channels) achieving the highest results from all SEM campaigns - ROAS 2600%.

- co-created special brand campaigns that achieved great reach results in SoMe, including Launch Cafissimo mini (112% KPI - 2 million UU), Summer with Family campaign (115% KPI - 1 million UU) and in terms of commitment (distinctions in reports Sotrendera).- responsible for the categories of organic products (the fastest growing category), co-creating marketing plans and implementing campaigns,- coordinated the project "launch Cafissimo mini" in digital (VOD, Display media, mobile, SoMe, bloggers) the campaign triggered great commitment, which exceeded the market benchmarks in each channel, - successfully conducted campaigns with influencers for Non Food Christmas products(including blogger Szcześliva, one of the golden ten most influential bloggers in Poland) - 2 million impressions. - managed crisis situations in social channels and in the blogosphere.

- coordinating the launch of the portal szkolnennw.pl (client OVB Allfinanz). In the key month, despite the huge competition on market, we reached AVE ef. at the level of 110 thousands PLN, which caused the exceed in KPI of 275%,- responsible for the advertising campaign in social and traditional media of the largest Master Work Fair in Europe – Master and More (client Border Concepts),- being a project leader, managing the group of 10 people and creating a social campaign ‘You can change it’ , which reached nearly 10 mln people and has been chosen the Social Campaign of 2015,- responsible for the promotion of the action European Cycling Challenge 2014 (client ZTM Warsaw) Action was a great success because Warsaw won the European competition with other 32 cities.
