Bookassist works with hotels to optimise their online revenue channels. We enable hotels to market themselves online and drive more direct business through their own websites in order to increase margins from B2C and B2B channels. Hotels should supplement their revenue mix with GDS bookings and aim to become less and less reliant on expensive third party channels.

Managing electronic online distribution channels for Best Western hotels in Ireland (weekly calls with hotel GMs, revenue managers, hotel owners). Managing the Irish corporate website. Managing BW loyalty club for Turkey, Denmark, Ireland. Managing online marketing for Ireland. Reporting on revenue, 'cost to sales' and quality control for Turkey, Denmark, Ireland, directly to BW Vice President. Promoting BW brand and hotel members in traditional media.

Managing all legal and operational aspects of this small boutique hotel and restaurant from the very beginning of its opening.

Representing and assisting hotel GM in all aspects of hotel operations with focus on Conference and Banqueting as well as Reception.

During the last continuous 2 years (internship) I was involved with all departments with focus on Reception/Reservations and on Management of Guest Services Department. I was also helping in a similar capacity in their sister property - Fox Ridge Resort.

I was tasked with reorganisation of the three existing departments: production planning, sales planning and transportation planning and transforming them into one, modern department of logistics.
