Launched WhyFit B2B SAAS app that helped companies run wellness programs; Employees used the app to stay mentally and physically fit by participating in wellness challenges and initiatives. Conducted market research by interviewing 30 companies and surveying 300 people, which informed the roadmap to build out the MVP; successfully acquired first users and customers. Facilitated agile cross-functional team, consisting of designers, engineers, marketing and sales to develop and execute product strategies and drive product adoption with over 40 projects. Managed 6 cycles of internship program overseeing 12 engineers, 6 content creators and 3 business associates; guided interns to land jobs at Fortune 100 companies. Implemented SEO strategy, which resulted in first place ranking in google search for multiple keywords; new strategy increased the number of impressions by 87% and clicks by 82%. Collaborated with law offices to design TOS & PP, copyrights and trademarks, while negotiating a change of cost-plus to usage pricing with Univ. of Michigan in a HRA license, saving 88% in costs. Determined ideal customer profile to guide the sales team in generating a list of 1800+ leads.

Executed development of web apps from discovery to delivery which generated over 40,000 MAU. Lead a team of 3 people responsible for producing 500+ health and wellness content pieces. Built a proprietary database of 1100 exercises that were composed of pictures, videos, and detailed descriptions of how to perform them; directed the photo shoot, editing, and database design. Shipped tools that enabled users to create content, which added 100+ pieces to the content library.
