I was responsible for: - Market intelligence: finding new product ideas, monitoring and analysing competition and market developments, participating in strategic projects, including product development. - Registration of funds in Poland: I coordinated and successfully finalised negotiations with Polish Financial Authority to register VanEck's funds in Poland. - Product Management and Sales support: study case analysis using Bloomberg and Morningstar to create comparison and breakdown reports for clients (attribution reports, sector analysis etc.), updating and improving product marketing collateral (sales presentations, product landing pages etc.) - Reviewing and improving the quality of VanEck's Polish website, including SEO optimisation. - Identifying key Polish media influencers, defining communication approach and marketing strategy.Projects: - Wrote a python script that allowed to create a market share dashboard, worked jointly with Data, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to deliver the final solution which was then distributed companywide. - Automated the process of DDQ and RFP database input by writing a python script and creating power automate flows, which saved many hours for the reporting staff. - Automated monthly Morningstar reports which allowed for easier and faster access to data for sales and product staff.
