I was supervising the IT Architecture Department in PZU Group covering areas of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, infrastructure architecture and architecture governance (40+ people). I was responsible for recreation of the architecture governance processes and redefining the architects role (especially enterprise architects role) within the organization. I was supervising all PZU Group projects from the architecture point of view - that includes acceptance of all solution architecture concepts and architectural decisions.I was directly responsible as sponsor for "Infrastructure Consolidation and Strategy (KITS)" and "FileNet platform reorganization and upgrade (RFN)" projects and for a number of smaller initiatives/projects. I was taking part in due diligence processes for large acquisitions made by PZU Group (RSA Group, Healthcare companies). I was involved in the process of creation PZU Zdrowie startup - I have prepared the assumptions, IT architecture vision and was providing inputs for estimating the initial budget of the company.As the architecture department we have prepared the architecture strategy 2015-2020 roadmap and blueprint, we have prepared the infrastructure strategy 2015-2020, we have contributed to IT strategy 2012-2016 and we have prepared the assumptions and vision of the PZU 3.0 business strategy operationalization. We have also prepared and conducted a number of initiatives that resulted in significant IT cost reduction.

I have started to work in Application Services Practice in Consulting & Integration practice. I worked on projects within SOA scope, business process analysis, designing order management solutions, IT strategy consulting. Then I have moved to Communications & Media Solutions in HP Software & Services working on CRM and Application Integration areas in CEE region.I was part of the team preparing enterprise architecture definition and IT strategy definition in the power energy industry.I was lead architect in the following projects for various telco companies: - order management architecture definition - self-service feasibility study - master data management and customer data integration study - enterprise product catalog implementation - IT transformation and enterprise architecture vision
