Previously directly involved in coding, architecture, optimizing processes, analyzing requirements, building teams, creating proposals, giving lectures and presentations, managing finances and a couple of others, I'm working now on scaling the company without loosing its unique spirit and culture.

I was responsible for defining systems' and software architecture for a number of telecom solutions, among others billing and charging systems. I was also supporting and mentoring software teams in how they applied agile processes and practices, helping them to adapt how they organize their work and introduce Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and other agile programming techniques.

I held responsibility for web solutions, mainly Roaming Management System and customer portal applications, and for choosing technologies and defining architecture for new web products.

I led a web software team, which was responsible for maintaining and enhancing core web solutions.

Starting with a plain developer position I participated in around ten different projects, mainly within telecommunication industry. Created among others mass SMS processing and billing platform (Eurotel - mobile operator), call center CTI system (Link4 - insurance), intranet portal (Raiffeisen - banking.) I had a chance to give professional trainings, conference presentations, create solution proposals and consult/audit large systems. This is also where my love with agile, highly incremental methods of creating software started.

Responsible for everything related to web presence. Built a team of 4 people, who created a portal system with complete CMS functionality and a WYSWIG editor from scratch in less than 6 months, including complete migration from the old solution.

I've created a Delphi application for scanning, processing and storing communication insurance policies.
