During my Employment for Primary Care 24 i have been exposed to a very wide range of project and tasks ranging from managing user’s Active Directory accounts, Managing O365 apps, to Assisting in development of our new Hyper-converged infrastructure. Part of my role at PC24 was diagnosing and solving Hardware and Software problems. I have taken part in extensive upgrade projects, where I was responsible for upgrading hardware as well as software on a number of Laptops/computers around our office. Working for Primary Care 24 has exposed me to a variety of software applications such as Clinical systems: Adastra, EMIS; Administration Systems: Kaseya, Sophos, LogMeIn Central, Active Directory, Office365 and Customer support services: Jira, LogMeIn GoToAssist. I have taken part in two recruiting processes, where I have given insight and assisted in shortlisting people that have applied for given positions. My task also included e-mailing and keeping in touch with all accepted and denied candidates if they ever required additional information. I was responsible for arranging Online interviews and scheduling them in accordingly. I have also participated in Tender Meetings where Primary Care 24 and our supplier have exchanged requirements and deal propositions. I have had the opportunity to overview the Tender offer and requirements and build a Cost Pressure based on those documents. All Cost Pressures together were valued well over £800,000

My main task at this position was comparing the amount of physical stock in the warehouse to values stored in an Oracle Database. Any discrepancies had to be corrected and their causes rectified. Most issues were resolved by reviewing the audit log and confirming that all changes have also taken place physically, as there was room for human error. I have also generated reports on a daily basis that had to be reviewed at the end of each shift. This allowed me to monitor the efficiency of the warehouse and detect any potential issues.
