As a B2B Product Owner, my role is to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's B2B products. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure that our B2B products meet the needs of our clients and drive revenue growth for the company.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our B2B customers and their needs- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new B2B products and features- Define product requirements and create product roadmaps that align with our company's goals and objectives- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that products are built to specifications and delivered on time- Work with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction

As a product owner of Restaurator's Dashboard and Integrations, I'm working with the teams to deliver value to our end customers.My day-to-day activities consist of:- Planning, reviewing and evaluating work that has to be done to reach KPIs,- Keeping my eye on market conditions and acting accordingly,- Leading two teams, coaching and keeping morale high,- At the same time maximising the value that teams are delivering each sprint,- Being in touch with the restaurant managers to keep them happy and their needs met.

As a UX Producer at 11 bit studios, I shaped the user experience of our games. Working closely with the design, art, and development teams, I ensured that user needs were met and design goals were achieved. I managed project timelines and facilitated communication between team members. My responsibilities included overseeing the production of all UX aspects of our games, maintaining the vision and aesthetic of our brand, and ensuring that all UX designs were consistent.
