After eight years of beeing proffesional tourist guide i decided to swich my career path from analogic terrain geographer and storryteller into digital one and become GIS specialist. I am on the path of development towards Geographic Information Systems. I am attending Ocellus AB vocational school on the course gis coordinator where I am learning professional GIS software and familiarizing myself with the methodology of working in a GIS environment. Currently, I am focusing on improving my database management and integration skills using Feature Maniupulation Engine (FME), database managment programs and complex SQL queries.In the course of my study and practice, I discovered my passion for data. I believe, that it has become a strategic resource and key to success. I would like to be involved in the creation and management of databases, the extraction of information from them, the presentation and analysis of data.
