• Support for 5 factories in the Polish Confectionery Cluster in achieving productivity, efficiency and logistic indicators• Cooperation with factory directors, heads of continuous improvement and logistic departments to ensure budget consistency of End2End productivity in the Polish Confectionery Cluster • Coordination of RfS program (Repetitive Flexible Supply), including new workshop organization and development of the program to improve indicators along the entire supply chain• Support for workshops and projects (manufacturing, logistics, productivity) using Lean 6 sigma tools (SMED, VSM, 12 steps Kobetsu Kaizen, Heijunka, Problem Solving, TPM)• Analysis of indicators and results (efficiency, productivity, losses, inventory level, production cycles, service level) using advanced powerBI tools to identify areas for improvement and support in achieving factories and cluster goals• Collaboration with other clusters as part of the benchmark• Support in the implementation of the digitization program, including : Digital Twin, Digital DMS, Performance / Material / Energy Visibility, Asset Condition Monitoring.
