Scope: monitoring of welding processes carried out by the company in accordance with the PN EN ISO 3834-2; supervision and control over the quality of welded joints made in accordance with the PN EN ISO 3834-2; verification and approval of technical documentation in terms of welding; development of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS); qualification of welding technology (WPQR); cooperation with certification bodies: UDT, TUV, IS. Scope: definition and optimization of welding process parameters for resistance welding and laser (YAG) welding on assembly lines of automotive seating sliding mechanisms; definition and optimization process parameters of riveting and crimping on preassembly hydraulic presses; supervision on stability and quality of welding as well as riveting processes; optimization productivity on preassembly area – 30% productivity increase by own design and implementation of new auto-eject solution standard; preparation of technical specification for new machines and assembly lines; preparation, leading and responsibility for compliance with external welding assessments and audits performed by customers like FORD, PSA, VW; cooperate with New Projects Leaders to create technical requirements and specifications for new machines and tools; implementation new technical solutions in welding machines; definition of investments proposal, capital requests and payback calculation for new machines or modernization of machines for assembly lines; commissioning and scheduling tasks for external suppliers and oversee its implementation and realization; preparation standards for maintenance; standardization and organization work for production.
