- participation in the analysis of make or buy,- productivity developing and implementation on direct components, - defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers,- participate in design/drawing reviews together with R&D, Process, Quality,- cooperation with Commodity Buyers to identify the best sources for new and modified components,- commissioning and coordinates of components from suppliers,- leads the process of tendering for the supply of serial or modified components of the existing / new suppliers.

- participate in design review with R&D ,Process, Quality Departments,-prepare and manage purchasing negotiation concerning project components , - draw up, deploy and follow up detailed purchasing and suppliers work schedule,- prepare and manage purchasing project budget in line with targeted project gross margin,- defines and controls communication flows and contents between project team and suppliers,- co-ordinates purchasing contributors to the project (PQA/SQA engineers, commodity buyers), -build up project supplier target panel from pre –SOCO with commodity (RSL/BGSL) to bundle awards,- ensure capacities for all components are covered for his project , in liaison with commodity organization,- make sure that all new/modified components are qualified (Initial Sample acceptance ) before Full Production Day (FPD),-launches open orders,- contact with supplier in the international arena.

- controlling on warranty returns flowing,- analysis of returned parts, - moving on customer bases (Land Rover, Jaguar, PSA, Renault BMW, VW, SEAT),- quality procedures and instructions preparing,- warranty problem solution with the help of quality, method (QRQC, FTA, 8D, 5W, PDCA,),- contact with client from all over the world (Land Rover,Jaguar,PSA, Renault, SEAT),- monitor and drive product quality improvement actions,- monitoring warranty cost,- visiting of customers warranty centers (Land Rover, Fiat)- analysis and reporting,- respond to customer issues,- cooperation with other departments.
