( 6 months training in Luxembourg )- Migration of the process from Luxembourg to Warsaw. Analyzing existing process in Luxembourg in order to separate Static Data function from the the unit in Luxembourg, specifying in detail scope of responsibilities migrated to Warsaw.- Ensuring all staff is well trained and ready to perform new function in Warsaw with minimum supervision, ensuring that all processes are covered with procedures.- Stabilizing and restructuring process after migration. Increasing STP, and standardizing processes where possible.- Setting up and parametrizing all financial assets across serviced funds, both parameterization of financial instruments in the accounting system and keeping up to date with the market
