I was the leader of a project team, where, under the guidance of Automation Strategy Manager Grzegorz Włodarczyk, we focused on optimizing the performance of picking stations for Żabka at the Radzymin logistics center. Our project was recognized as the best in the second round of challenges in the TopYoung100 program.

Selection and archiving of documentation containing reports and recording registers of theft incidents in Rossmann stores by company procedures, logging of dismissals and final court orders related to misdemeanors or crimes committed in Rossmann stores in the AMODIT program for the Law Enforcement Liaison Section, and collaboration with internal employees.

Understand warehouse processes from the receiving goods at the central warehouse to their dispatch from the shipping warehouse. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the operations within the central warehouse, including the following sections: warehouse security, inventory control, goods inspection, goods intake and dispatch, and returns management. Learning about the role of the shift operations manager and familiarizing myself with tools and systems that support warehouse processes.
