The trading platform provides three major aspects: first, a scalable multi-node FPGA and GPU hardware accelerated computing platform; second, a secure MS Azure private cloud extension allowing massive computational bursts; finally, an ultra-low latency glue framework for quants and developers to rapidly develop, drop-in, test, and utilize methods and algorithms. Algorithms included belong to AI (deep learning, ANN, GA/GP, swarm), stochastic calculus, and discrete signal processing.■ High-Speed SSD Camera Capture System (for CARDC China & GoChinaTech, 2015): Sponsored and directed several Scrum teams in UX, systems programming, and QA delivering an ultra-high speed camera system for wind-tunnel DAQ and analysis. Migrated teams to Agile/Scrum focusing on effectively driving prioritized business values. The Linux, CoaXPress, and PCIe SSD’s deliverable allows researchers to store and real-time process data streams at full CoaXPress bandwidths of 25 GBit/s thus reducing the research cycle by more than 20%. Technology breakthroughs were achieved by utilizing high-performance computing techniques, such as lock-free, zero-copy, DMA, process/thread management, parallelization, and fast no-loss data compression.■ Quantum Random Number Technology Development/Deployment (for ComScire, 2012): Directed Agile engineering and legal teams to deliver patents, multimillion-dollar licensing, and NIST 800-90/ISO 18031 standards conforming technologies allowing quantum mechanical, thermal, and shot entropy in-silicon random number generation. The tech is licensed and broadly used in Intel/AMD processors via the RDRAND x86 instruction, in government high-security encryption, and in world-wide state lotteries.
