At the same time I am passionate about how we, the marketers, can use communication for good. With that in mind, I started my own social media project that I run for 7 years called Looking for Heroes. The platform was dedicated to sharing empowering stories of everyday people, some of which went viral gathering 2.9 million views through Facebook alone. The project and some of the stories ware featured by Instagram, Shorty Awards, ASOS Magazine, Upworthy, VSCO, The Huffington Post, Vogue, Lonely Planet, BuzzFeed, Accessorize, and more. In 2020, I became a contributor to Purpose Disruptors, a network of advertising insiders working together to reshape our industry to tackle climate change, supporting on two projects The Great Reset and Good Life 2030.My recent endeavour, YourNOOK is a place where women can bring all parts of themselves.
