About Paweł Wróblewski

My career specialization started as Enterprise Search and Information Management as I spent several years on developing custom enterprise application based on enterprise software mainly from Microsoft and Oracle stack of technology. I was one of the first promoters and practitioners of enabling advanced linguistic processing (NLP) in data analysis and information retrieval in Poland.Then I decided to start a business that focuses 100% on search technologies and information management consulting. I found investors in Sweden and jointly we founded a Polish branch of Findwise. In 2018 Findwise was sold to the biggest IT company in Norway EVRY but Findwise still was an independent company. In 2020 EVRY and Tieto merged to create the biggest IT company in the Nordics – TietoEVRY and it was decided that Findwise will be incorporated in the core structures of Digital Consulting – Cloud, Data and Insight department.After reorganization in January 2022 I got broader responsibility that covers all data centric solution Tietoevry offers to global markets that are being delivered from Poland.And as of 2024, my role changed again to cover responsibility for growing Tietoevry Create business in Central Europe with a starting footprint of 1800+ people and 200MEUR revenue.
