• Assisted customers making daily transactions including receiving and recording deposits, cashing checks, and processing withdrawals with the highest level of customer service along with accuracy and precision• Handled over $20,000 daily and responsible for keeping a cash drawer in balance of over $7,000 at the end of day • Assisted in quality control project by scanning and checking thousands of documents to help the company work toward its goal of going paperless• Worked with Jack Henry Operating System to input and retrieve customer information

• Responsible for all rental related questions both in-person and on the phone and setting up reservations• Prepared each rental boat along with familiarizing each customer with rules of the boat, the lake and boating laws• Responsible for collecting all payments both in-person during the rental or over the phone during the reservation
