*Preparing Monthly maintenance plan for the entire A320, A321 & ATR fleet by monitoring forecast on AMOS (Software for monitoring Aircraft Maintenance).*Coordinating with the Indent, Procurement & the Material Management team for the timely availability of the spares, materials etc. required for the scheduled maintenance.*Updating current day maintenance plan & planning scheduled maintenance plan at the approved stations on a daily basis & monitoring for the timely compliance of the same.*Issuing Work Orders for the planned maintenance, and hence distributing Work Packages for the day to the all the stations via email.*Liaising & coordinating for the compliance of all the work orders & closure of the same.*Reporting Back of the completed task from previous days package and including the various constraints such as protecting the MEL Aircraft from the operating small stations & routing them to Major Night Halt stations for rectification.*Liaising with Maintenance Control Centre, for if a snag has occurred on an Aircraft, and hence provide ground time to the aircraft for its rectification.*Follow ups on material availability and on time delivery.*Coordinating with Operations Control Centre for saving the delays, if any, on flights, in case of prevailing bad weather, diversions, fog, or grounding of any Aircraft, or any such factors affecting the operations of the airline.*Preparing Aircraft routing for the next day on bases of the maintenance plan release for the entire month.
