Programme Management Consultant (PgMC) for Smart Solutions Projects for Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) with the following responsibilities: - Comparative analysis of the planned strategy vs. the current implementation. - Identification and preparation of city assessment framework. - Regular analysis and improvement of implemented initiatives. - Impact Assessment and evaluation of the city initiatives. - Data Analytics of various solutions being implemented. Creation of Dashboard for Sustainable Development dashboard. - Plan for Institutionalization of ICT/IoT Solutions into the city administration policies and frameworks. - Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. - Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. - Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. - Analyze risks and opportunities. - Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. - Work with the Project Manager to eliminate hurdles through stakeholder engagements. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. 2.
