• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in accounting and client reporting provided by Morgan Stanley Portfolio Accounting (MSPA) system• Researching of various corporate action deals affecting client portfolios and ensuring that they are accounted as per the terms of the events• Reconciliation of financial products like equities, bonds, options, swaps, futures, Repo, OTC derivatives etc. Identify the discrepancies and take immediate action to fix the issue.• Development of various internal MS reports/application to cater to the needs of the client• Working closely with client service representative (CSR) to understand client requirements and providing solutions on client reporting, P&L variances, transfers of assets, margin• Daily overview on operational controls and pending issues are resolved within timelines to ensure firms risk is within control

• Collecting and analyzing equity fundamentals data for European market and taking ownership in data quality controls to ensure consistent and high quality data are manufactured in order to meet product requirements• Organizing, Analyzing and Maintaining the Fundamental data collected from different regulatory sources and company website• Maintain the research database, update and upgrade it from time to time and ensure timely updation of data• Develop a thorough understanding of Annual / quarterly filing methodology of countries under coverage

Process: EGUS Documentation (Back office) for one of the fed fourteen Investment BankRoles & Responsibilities:• Coordinating with clients and other brokers and get futures give-up agreements drafted and executed for the investment bank’s APAC and EMEA clients• Liaising with Sales and Trading desk and understanding their requirement of give-up agreements and commission rates before drafting the agreement• Helping brokerage and reconciliation team in resolving their queries when they faced roadblock with unsuccessful invoices and rates mismatch• Setting up e-rates on Electronic Give-Up System• Liaising with the front office team and other internal teams for sorting out issues relating to nil commission assigned to APAC clients • Preparing Weekly report, MBR (Monthly Business Review), QBR (Quarterly Business Review) for the Top Management to review
