Talent Specialist | Account Manager
Current- Accountability of owning and managing relationships and HR deliverables for key clients.
- Acting as a vital link between the Client and other internal key stakeholders, with a strong understanding of staffing business and HR deliverables.
- Ensuring that the business enabling delivery teams such as Recruitment, HR, finance and compliance service the client needs as per the scope of work & service level agreements.
- Anticipate client’s business growth strategies, new business/product/service offerings, manpower demand, and working closely with them strategizing for their expansion.
- Bring in operational excellence, understand & review HR deliverables including policies, identify gaps and enable structures to fix and review effectiveness.
- Review client-level monthly KPI delivery and ensure adherence.
