Lead the delivery of compelling and profitable propositions with a bias to digital that achieve strategic and commercial outcomes for BNZ. Currently manage a Product Backlog within the Consumer Lending Domain that involves working closely with the Technology Domain to deliver CCCFA and other regulatory/ compliance related initiatives. This also includes leading a cross-functional, co-located team in the end to end discovery and development of new proposition features; including ideation, discovery, opportunity assessment, business case development, feasibility assessment, iterative delivery, launch and go to market activities.
