(e.g., PO, invoice, and Presales data).• Collaborate with ServiceNow development team to create and drive continuous improvement on the Contracts Module dashboard to improve contract visibility and experience for the stakeholders.• Provide recommendations, and where applicable, drive continuous improvement projects that include process refinements, improved analytics and cost savings.• Document Vendor Management Organization’s standards, policies, and procedures.• Procurement function - In coordination with the International IT Procurement Lead assist in fulfilling International purchase requests from PO creation to Invoice validation. Requires working with in-country business and financial stakeholders for requirements and coordinating with international vendors for fulfillment.

Where applicable, for instance Presales and Invoice data, compile in to central repository, review data for accuracy and completeness, address discrepancies, and prepare reports.• Provide reference data review and update by collaborating with the Infrastructure Vendor Management Organization team.• Document and publish Vendor Management Calendars including a calendar which captures IT Projects, Deals, and Renewals. Additionally, maintain the Infrastructure Vendor Management Organization’s - Vendor Cadence Meetings Calendar.• Provide recommendations for process refinements and viable analytics.• Document Infrastructure Vendor Management Organization’s standards, policies, and procedures.• Conceiving and prioritizing analytics projects.• Project and budget management, with progress reporting to management.• Work with relevant business units to understand and document business requirements for hypothesis formulation. Scope the relevant analytics efforts required and derive the overall business case, with setting of performance metrics.• Work with the analytics support and data teams for architecting and validation of solution as well as identification of datasets.• Maintain active management and ensure progress of the whole analytics modelling cycle, from data extraction and preparation to model output. Facilitate any business inputs required by the analytics support team during this process.• High-level oversight of deployment of model output and subsequent maintenance.• Execute relevant tasks based on the overarching enterprise data strategy from an analytics perspective, including data acquisition, metadata management and improving quality of data etc.
