Senior Manager
Current• Handling the roles and responsibility of managing various IT products in area of Retail / Procurement / E-Invoicing/ERP solutions. • Working with the executive team to lay down the product road map, requirements of solutions required by the organization.• Collaboration with Business leaders / Engineering / Designing/Internal and External Development teams and responsible for driving the implementation of requirements.• Responsible for creating product/requirement/solution backlog and release roadmap planning and prioritizing features as per business requirements and effectively managing triple constraints (scope, time and cost) of the projects.• Analyzing the user pain points and deep diving into the user behavior analysis to enhance the product value. • Experience in managing the project management /stakeholder management activities while working with the IT solution provider.• Performing Cost to Value analysis for prioritizing features and delivering highly valuable feature in short span of time.• Responsible for defining the acceptance criteria and maintaining the Product Backlog (evaluating, planning, strategizing & prioritizing User Stories) • Brainstorming and creation of user flow diagrams and PRDs, collaborating with the UX/UI team for creating application Wire-frames & screens and worked alongside scrum team during development and UAT.• Creating RFP and publishing Tenders for procuring the IT solutions – Publishing detailed out requirements / responding to queries of service providers.• Managing the complete lifecycle of project and solution development while working with solution providers.• Overall, understanding stakeholders’ requirements and design/develop end to end solutions in respect to the requirements.
