Payal Doshi joined Thor Retail Advisors in July 2015. As a member of the leasing team, she works on both landlord and tenant representation. Ms. Doshi combines her real estate knowledge and expertise in retail and design to develop customized retail competition landscapes, phased retail roll-out plans and targeted site selections for clients, as well as conduct lease analyses.She also specializes in incorporating retail market trends, demographic information, pedestrian traffic counts, and individualized commuting patterns to develop comprehensive expansion plans for global retail brands including OVO, Uniqlo, Theory, Golden Goose, L’Occitane and Schutz, as well as many e-commerce companies.In addition, she helps institutional landlords maximize value by identifying emerging brands as well as non-traditional retailers that are well suited for select properties. Her clients have included Clarion Partners, Delshah Capital, Madison Equities and Moinian Properties.Ms. Doshi is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
