Organizing Induction Programs to make them familiar with the organization.. Looking after the Joining Formalities. Briefing the new employees about their responsibilities to the new employee.. Explaining the rules and regulation of the organization. Determining the salary structure of new employee’s.. Attending to the queries of the new employees and assuring that their needs are met.
