Handling operations, brand development and user growth

Worked with other editors to ensure quality control within their web packs. Checked other packs for inconsistencies & inaccuracies.2) Created over 100 content packs of varying content from News, Sports, Blogs, to Travel. 3) Coordination with engineering for bug resolution. 4) Liaised with various language consultants in Spanish & French to help create foreign language packs. Worked with them on content selection, pack creation & quality checks.5) User Research Studies- Helped carry out studies in colleges across Mumbai to inform, interact & educate college students about the various educational packs available for download on webaroo.com6) Overviewed interns working on search term generation assignments.
