* ING Life Culture Audit: Conducted an in-house culture audit of the organization’s HR practices and presented a gap analysis with respect to broad-based best practices. In addition, was responsible to execute new initiates as an outcome of the analysis. * HR Branding: Responsible for HR Branding related activities at ING Life. Created brand identities and communication campaigns for the On-boarding program, Rewards and Recognition as well as for Compensation and Benefits. * HR Intranet Site: Co-designed a new HR Intranet micro-site for ING Life, India which was the need of the hour to effectively manage HR related communication within the organization.

team member of the Early in Career Development Team, Group HRMy resposibilties include:Design and execution, as part of the team, of the 4 year ING International Graduate Programme (IIGP) as well as the ING Welcome. The IIGP has 4 learning events, the first and last of which are attended by young talents of ING worldwide. The 2nd and 3rd event are executed regionally, and we are responsible for the European events. The ING Welcome is the induction programme for the Netherlands based trainees.
