Ericsson I joined as an Assistant Engineer. Worked on IN (Intelligent Domains). IN allows operators to differentiate themselves by providing value-added services in addition to the standard telecom services such as PSTN, ISDN on fixed networks, and GSM services on mobile phones or other mobile devices. I was also managing and troubleshooting all the IN domains problem for the client.In Ericsson I worked on other domains like BSS (Business support systems), I was in support and in front office for the BSS Support, BSS helps telecommunications service provider uses to run its business operations towards customers.Also got experience in the domain of Transmission and PACO.I worked with client Airtel Africa, Airtel India, for supporting their various telecom operations.

I joined Nokia as a Transmission engineer fresher from college. It was very challenging job, I started my carrier in telecom domain Monitoring Alarm.I was accountable for 1st level troubleshooting on various Transmission Nodes. I played key role in Alarm Monitoring for TXN and NETWORK engineer for NETWORK IMPLEMENTATION domain.I was also managing and leading shifts showing exceptional team building, organizational and analytical skills coupled with demonstrated relationship management and communication abilities.
