The central focus of my work is centered on Project Management, Team Management, Business Development Services, Partnerships, Content Development, and Capacity Building. My approach to every assignment, be it long-term or short-term, is guided by a commitment to integrating feminist principles. In particular, I am deeply invested in collaborating with young people and women, focusing on themes related to Life Skills, Curriculum Development, and Capacity Building. Presently, I co-lead a non-profit organization known as the Orange Tree Foundation (OTF). Our vision at OTF is to become a center of excellence in life skill development, one that continually responds to evolving social realities through the creation and application of knowledge. We have forged institutional partnerships with prominent institutions like the University of San Francisco (UCSF), IIHMR, IIT-Jodhpur, and Parul University; and have a large pool of patrons including, UNFPA, UNICEF, IPE Global, BAIF, ARAVALI, Ibtada, Shadhika, FTFI, and more. The organization works on four verticals: Research, Implementation, Knowledge Development, and Capacity Building.
